Overcrowded beach chair situation!!! Staff at the beach towel booth often seemed unhelpful!!! The room water had an unpleasant smell and the tap water reliability left much to be desired!!!

Families will find this place enjoyable

The food is fantastic and the kids loved the pools, they had this giant inflatable slide that kept them busy for hours. You could get snacks by the pool like fresh sushi and nachos, and it was a great way to chill while watching them.

It wasn’t inexpensive but I guess it was alright for what we got.

Had an amazing trip with friends! The beach was beautiful, and we loved the fun pirate ship show. We spent a day at the nearby cenotes, and the kids enjoyed the attractions like the Yucatan Jurassic River. The facilities were great, and we appreciated how we could relax at our own pace while knowing everyone was entertained.

Unfortunately, we did experience some issues with the hot water in our room, which was an inconvenience for a few days.

The gym surpassed my expectations with top-notch equipment and cleanliness. The resort had a wonderful selection of amenities available that catered to all my needs. The beach area was picturesque with stunning lake views.

For a large resort I expected better room readiness upon arrival.

One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing kids' area, especially the Yucatan Jurassic River. My grandson loved splashing around, and we felt confident knowing he was safe under the watchful eyes of trained staff. We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach, which was perfect for family fun.

In my wife’s opinion, the variety of food could really improve, as there weren't many options for kids. It would be great to have a dedicated children's menu with more appealing choices.

Had a fantastic stay at Grand Oasis Palm! The beach was lovely, and we enjoyed several meals at the buffets, especially Las Palmas. The staff, especially at the coffee shop, were welcoming and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the daily housekeeping that kept things fresh.

I had a fabulous time at this resort with my family! The beach and pool were fantastic, especially for my kids who loved the play area. I also enjoyed the food variety. the seafood was delicious! I would definitely choose this place again.

We had an awesome time! The beach was chill and perfect for the kids. Coffee & Me had the best staff, Diana and the crew really knew how to whip up a great cup! The only thing I'd point out is the nightlife was kinda lacking, but if you're with family, this place is a win.

stroll to parks and attractions within easy reach

During my stay, I loved the proximity to Jardin del arte, which I enjoyed strolling through, and it was also just a short walk to the vibrant Maki Taco for some delicious bites.

i had a lovely stay at oasis, where the vibrant atmosphere exceeded my expectations compared to my previous trip in cancun. the swimming pool was amazing and perfect for relaxation, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. overall, it was a great experience that made my stopover truly enjoyable.

Finding a sunbed was a mission—if only I'd brought my camping chair!
